I had the privilege of photographing my best friend and her husband recently. She is due very soon and I have wanted to snap these precious photos since the day she told me she was pregnant. There is something so special about a little tummy and the wonder on the face of first time parents.

Ellery came to the office for a visit and she was a doll. It amazes me how children can make you feel so special just in the way they look at you.

Moments with Marc

I had a wonderful lunch today with Katherine. She gave birth to her first child three weeks ago and we enjoyed chatting about her pregnancy and labor journey. I appreciated Katherine sharing in the joyful details as well as the exhausting moments managing her breastfeeding and sleeping schedule. Motherhood is something that I look forward to experiencing, but until then I am honored to capture its moments on film.

It amazes me that in 9 months God creates the most precious gift of love in our womb and then watches over them throughout their life.
