Moments with Marc

I had a wonderful lunch today with Katherine. She gave birth to her first child three weeks ago and we enjoyed chatting about her pregnancy and labor journey. I appreciated Katherine sharing in the joyful details as well as the exhausting moments managing her breastfeeding and sleeping schedule. Motherhood is something that I look forward to experiencing, but until then I am honored to capture its moments on film.

It amazes me that in 9 months God creates the most precious gift of love in our womb and then watches over them throughout their life.

Easter Eggs!

Easter is a special time of year full of bright colors and newness. It is the little things in life that make it so grand. I love the emotion in this picture, you can see how much she adores her daugher.

Spring is here and Ellery loves it.

Ellery is now 6 months, sitting up and discovering the world around her. I love to photograph her exploring and laughing with mom and dad. She is one of the most gorgeous little girls I have captured on film.

I just love the excitement that the grandparents have!

Mother Daughter Bond

This family really knows how to laugh and love. When ever I am around them I know that I am going to have a great time. C'Ella and her daugther Esewole have such a close relationship it melts my heart. My hope it that I will be as close to my children as she is.

Finding Prince Charming

Have you ever wondered when and where you would find prince charming? I found this little guy in my backyard while I was pulling weeds in my yard. He seemed to be as interested in me as I was of him. It amazes me how God's creatures are made and painted with such beautiful colors. I will normally post portraits on my site, but I just couldn't resist!

Never a bug, always a lady!

This beautiful lady bug was walking around my crape myrtle tree and I snapped it using the fast action mode on my XTI, she was booking it!

Tutu cute!

Sagan is such a precious little girl full of energy. Her expressions just delighted my heart and made me laugh! I know she will grow up to be a beautiful woman with a heart for the Lord, just like her mom. Sagan has a special talent as you can see in her third picture, she is preparing to be a skydiver!

Beginnings, Bridgette and Family

Bridgette has always been a beautiful woman, but she was especially beautiful during her pregnancy. I have been more than blessed following her in her journey as a mother and wife. She gave birth to a precious baby girl named Ellery. Her love for her daugher and husband is inspiring.
